Govern the capital. Not a claim on it.
$WISP is the intended transferable governance token. Holders authorize mandates, operating budgets, supported integrations and prospective policy changes.
The selected factory version, token address, quote asset, supply movement, creator revenue recipient, owner privileges, mint authority and retirement mechanism have not been published in a verified launch manifest.

What holding wisp does not grant
- No automatic redemption or withdrawal of treasury assets.
- No contractual profit distribution or fixed yield.
- No ownership of market liquidity or a token price floor.
- No default strategy, reserve-spending or council authority.
- No automatic voting power for treasury, reserves, pools, launch contracts or burn destinations.
Voting requires eligible escrow deposits and a historical snapshot. Participation does not earn automatic emissions.
Purchases are conditional, not promised
Only eligible monthly investment profit can allocate 25% to purchases. Daily spending is capped by the smaller of 0.25% of Investment Treasury NAV and 5% of independently filtered prior-day wisp volume, with a reviewed depth cap and maximum 1% reference deviation.
Purchases span at least 24 hours and skip unsafe execution. Unspent budget remains queued. Retirement uses verified burn support or a disclosed inaccessible destination; a transfer does not imply ERC-20 totalSupply decreased.
Pons purchases fund the launch mechanism and its market, not a treasury deposit account. No founding NFT or custom team allocation is assumed.
